Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 24 October 2026. These Terms apply to every order placed through this website.
1. Who we are
This website is operated directly by our customer care team. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean , trading as CHEFFY E.G.O.R.™, and "you" means the person placing the order.
You can contact us at any time by email at support@padwalker.com. We reply within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 GMT.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms govern sales of the CHEFFY E.G.O.R.™ automated countertop egg appliance and related items to consumers in the United Kingdom under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. By placing an order you confirm that you can legally enter into a contract in the United Kingdom and that you are buying as a consumer. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.
3. Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. CHEFFY E.G.O.R.™ is supplied configured for UK 220–240V mains power with a Type G 3-pin plug, ceramic non-stick skillet, food-grade silicone spatula, and shell collector bin. Dimensions and weights given in the specifications are approximate, with a tolerance of plus or minus 2 per cent.
4. Your order and how the contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot accept your order, for example because the item is out of stock, because a pricing error has occurred or because we are unable to deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund any amount already taken in full.
5. Prices, currency and taxes
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ / GBP) and include applicable VAT. The final order total is shown at checkout before you pay. Standard tracked delivery across the United Kingdom is free.
Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If an obvious pricing error occurs and the error should reasonably have been apparent to you, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply the product at the wrong price.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of the order. Card payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider and are subject to that provider's own terms. We never see or store your full card number. If your payment is declined or reversed by your bank, we may cancel the order.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days after dispatch; remote destinations may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of order confirmation, contact us to arrange a resolution or a full refund for undelivered goods. Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 7 days if it arrives damaged, with photographs where possible, so that we can resolve it quickly.
8. Our 14 day cancellation policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and our cancellation policy, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason. To cancel, simply email support@padwalker.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling.
Once you have told us, you must send the goods back within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of the return unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We refund the full price paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
9. Our 30 day satisfaction promise
In addition to your statutory rights, and without limiting them, we offer a commercial 30 day trial. If CHEFFY E.G.O.R.™ is not right for you, email us within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will arrange a return and a full refund of your £49.99 purchase price. The product must be complete, clean, and in a condition that allows resale or refurbishment.
10. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Our products must match their description, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for their intended purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
Within 30 days of delivery you may reject faulty goods and obtain a full refund.
After 30 days and within 6 months you may ask for a repair or a replacement. If that fails or is not possible, you may claim a refund.
We pay the return postage on any item that turns out to be faulty. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
11. 1 year UK manufacturer warranty
We warrant CHEFFY E.G.O.R.™ against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a description and photographs of the issue. If the claim is valid we will repair the product, replace it, or refund it, at our option.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by misuse, dropping, immersion of the electrical base in water, commercial or institutional use, or any modification or repair not carried out by us. This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
12. Safe use
CHEFFY E.G.O.R.™ is a domestic countertop kitchen appliance for indoor household use. Read the instruction manual before first use. Place the unit on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from water sources. Allow the heating plate and skillet to cool completely before cleaning. Only the removable skillet, spatula, egg rack and shell bin are dishwasher safe; never immerse the main robotic base in water.
13. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
14. Your personal data
We use personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 to process and fulfil your order, provide support and meet our legal obligations. Contact support@padwalker.com with questions about your information or to request access, correction, or deletion.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland in accordance with UK consumer protection law.
